Valentine’s Night, 2026
Little instances of fate.
My boyfriend and I had been planning to spend the weekend together in Seattle. My Californian aunt owns a Supercross team, and the world championship just happened to be at Lumen Field that Saturday. He and I were able to meet the team, watch the races, and, more importantly, spend quality time with family members of mine he hadn’t yet had the chance to meet. This was taken after we said our hour-long goodbyes. We headed towards Waterfront Park through Pioneer Square and, by chance, we walked by this gallery. I was extremely drawn to this display. The different colors and TV models made it unique and the separate angles of us made it personal. I had originally planned to seek out and stop by a few art exhibits if time permitted; However, this one revealed itself to me. This photo in particular holds our memories of the entire weekend in its TVs.
